Labor Support:

  • 24/7 on-call support: From 38-42 weeks, I will be availabile for when labor begins and for any support you may need in the waiting.

  • Continuous labor support: I will provide emotional and physical support throughout birth, wherever, whenever and however it occurs.

Communication and Resources:

  • Phone, text, and email support: I will be available throughout your pregnancy to offer support and reassurance as needed.

Postpartum Support:

  • Call and text support: I will continue to support you throughout the first few weeks of the postpartum period.

  • Postpartum visit: Within the first two weeks after birth, we will plan a visit where I can check in on your healing and adjustment during this transition period. Another important aspect of this is allowing you to process your birth story in whatever way you would like to.
